The Opportunity
Assurance - Management Accounts - Manager - Hong Kong
The role is to support Leaders in managing and overseeing the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to management accounts.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted business advisor to the assurance team by providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Support management account initiatives, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
Drive forward-looking financial analysis and business planning
Translate data into actionable insights by highlighting key business drivers and identifying improvement areas
Deliver management reporting and dashboards to enhance leadership visibility on performance
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align on strategic priorities and performance outcomes
Monitor key business metrics (both top-line and profitability indicators) and ensure alignment with overall service line objectives
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in finance & accounting, or any related discipline
CPA with a minimum 5+years of relevant experience in financial institutions (*Big 4 FS audit & in-house finance work experience would make a great combination)
Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers to provide insight and advice to senior management
Sensitive about number, well-organized, self-driven, detailed-minded and committed
Able to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
