Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design of customized antitrust advisory solutions for clients and support the full project lifecycle, including preliminary research, solution design, report drafting, and client presentations; contribute to the development of milestone plans and ensure high-quality deliverables.
2. Assist corporate clients in establishing or enhancing antitrust compliance management systems, identify potential competition risks in business operations, and support the delivery of antitrust compliance training and awareness programs for management and employees.
3. Assist clients in responding to inquiries and investigations by antitrust regulatory authorities, as well as in merger control filings; provide antitrust risk assessments and recommendations on transaction structure optimization in connection with M&A transactions and strategic cooperation projects.
4. Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, pitch presentations, drafting of consulting
proposals, and preparation of RFP responses; contribute to the continuous enhancement of the firm’s general crisis management service offerings.
5. Monitor developments in domestic and international antitrust laws, regulations, policies, and enforcement trends on an ongoing basis; identify and incorporate cutting-edge management consulting tools and contribute to the iteration and innovation of the firm’s antitrust advisory products and methodologies.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in antitrust advisory, corporate compliance, or legal-related roles.
2. Strong command of antitrust laws and regulations and economic analysis frameworks; familiar with the process of building corporate compliance management systems; demonstrated ability in research report writing and data analysis.
3. Excellent English and Mandarin proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of engaging with senior
corporate executives; able to take ownership of consulting projects and coordinate project team deliverables.
4. Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to crisis-driven projects; strong structured thinking, conflict
resolution, and proposal drafting skills.
5. Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to solve complex
problems; able to work independently and handle sensitive matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; strong commercial acumen and client-service orientation.
6. Prior experience at FTI Consulting, leading law firms such as Zhong Lun, Han Kun, Tian Yuan, Big Four advisory firms or
in-house corporate compliance departments is preferred.
岗位职责：
1. 参与客户定制化反垄断咨询方案的设计，参与项目全周期实施（包括前期调研、方案设计、报告撰写及汇报），参与制定里程碑计划并确保高质量交付。
2. 协助企业客户建立或完善反垄断合规管理体系，识别业务中的潜在竞争风险，并参与为企业管理层及员工提供反垄断合规培训与宣导。
3. 协助客户应对反垄断监管机构的问询、调查及经营者集中申报事务；在并购（M&A）及战略合作项目中，提供反垄断风险评估及交易结构优化建议。
4. 参与商机拓展、投标讲标、撰写咨询方案、RFP应答文档编写，持续迭代通用危机管理服务体系。
5. 持续跟踪国内外反垄断法律法规、政策动态及执法趋势，提炼前沿管理咨询工具，参与公司反垄断咨询产品与方法论的迭代与创新。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具有3-5年反垄断咨询、企业合规、法务经验。
2. 精通反垄断相关法律法规及经济学分析框架，熟悉企业合规管理体系建设流程；具备出色的研究报告撰写及数据分析能力。
3. 优秀中英文听说读写能力，可对接企业高管；具备负责咨询项目、统筹项目团队交付的能力。
4. 极强抗压能力，能够灵活应对突发性危机项目；具备优秀的结构化思维、冲突协调与方案撰写能力。
5. 具备优秀的项目管理能力、跨部门沟通协调能力及解决复杂问题的能力；能够在动态、快节奏的环境中独立思考并处理敏感事务；具有强烈的商业敏锐度与客户服务意识。
6. 有FTI咨询、中伦、汉坤、天元等知名律所、四大咨询或企业合规部门工作背景者优先。
