Assurance - Forensic & Integrity Services - Crisis Management - Senior/Manager - Beijing

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver full-spectrum crisis management advisory services to clients across multiple incident types including industrial accidents, fraud scandals, reputational risks, natural disasters and executive-related crises. Lead on-site support during active crises.

2. Conduct crisis management programme maturity assessments aligned with ISO 22361, identify gaps within existing policies, playbooks and controls, and deliver formal assessment reports with findings and recommendations.

3. Coordinate cross-party stakeholders during active crises, provide investigative support, document governance and communication strategy advice, and work alongside legal teams to maintain regulatory compliance.

4. Lead post-crisis review and assessment, compare actual response against established protocols, capture lessons learned, and support clients to revise crisis roadmaps, internal controls and response procedures.

5. Design and facilitate cross-functional crisis management tabletop exercises to strengthen client decision-making capability; prepare formal briefings and present recommendations to senior leadership and board members.

6. Support business development including tender pitching, proposal and RFP drafting, and continuously refine service frameworks for general crisis management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years professional experience in crisis advisory, enterprise risk management, compliance, legal affairs, emergency management or forensic investigation.

2. Sound understanding of ISO 22361 international standard for crisis management; proven experience handling complex corporate multi-dimensional crises is preferred.

3. Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese. Confident to engage with C-suite stakeholders. Able to independently lead advisory projects and supervise delivery teams.

4. Outstanding resilience under high-pressure environments and ad-hoc urgent crisis assignments. Strong structured thinking, stakeholder coordination and proposal drafting capabilities.

5. Prior experience in Big Four risk advisory, government emergency management, listed company risk control or corporate reputation crisis teams is preferred. Relevant crisis management certifications are a plus.

岗位职责

1. 为各类企业客户提供全域危机管理咨询服务，覆盖工业事故、重大舞弊、舆情风险、自然灾害、商业纠纷、高管危机等多元化突发事件，牵头危机现场响应支撑。

2. 依据ISO 22361规范开展客户危机管理成熟度评估，诊断现有危机管理制度、预案、流程短板，形成包含发现项与改进建议的正式评估报告。

3. 在危机事件期间统筹协调多方主体，提供调查协助、文档管控、沟通策略支持；协同法务团队保障事件处置全程合规。

4. 主导危机后复盘评估工作，对比预案与真实处置表现，提炼经验教训，协助客户优化危机管理方案、响应路线图、内控流程。

5. 设计并组织通用场景危机模拟演练（桌面推演），帮助客户团队练习危机决策；面向企业管理层、董事会开展专题汇报。

6. 参与商机拓展、投标讲标，撰写咨询方案、RFP应答文档，持续迭代通用危机管理服务体系。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，具备3–5年危机咨询、风险管控、合规、法务、企业应急管理、反舞弊调查相关项目经验。

2. 熟悉ISO 22361危机管理国际标准，掌握企业突发事件完整处置逻辑，拥有处理复合型企业危机实战经历优先。

3. 优秀中英文读写与演讲能力，可独立对接企业高管；具备独立负责咨询项目、统筹项目团队交付的能力。

4. 极强抗压能力，能够灵活应对突发性危机项目；具备优秀的结构化思维、冲突协调与方案撰写能力。

5. 四大风险咨询、政企应急管理、上市公司风控、企业公关危机处置背景优先；危机管理相关专业资质为加分项。
