The Opportunity
For Senior:
As a Senior within EY Forensic & Integrity Services, you will join our Crisis Management team and work with leading organizations to strengthen their ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from crisis events. You will support a wide range of crisis management and resilience projects, including crisis readiness assessments, development of crisis management plans and playbooks, crisis simulations, and post-incident reviews.
Working alongside experienced crisis management practitioners, you will gain exposure to a variety of crisis scenarios, including operational disruptions, cyber incidents, misconduct matters, regulatory events, and other situations that may impact an organization's people, operations, reputation, or stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior client stakeholders while developing practical experience in crisis preparedness, response, and organizational resilience.
For Manager:
As a Manager within EY Forensic & Integrity Services, you will join our Crisis Management team and help organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from complex crisis events. You will work directly with our Partners and Senior Managers to help our clients to develop crisis management frameworks, lead crisis simulations, support organizations during live incidents, and drive recovery and resilience initiatives following a crisis. The manager role will involve developing relevant contents for our clients, and coordinating with the client’s executive leadership teams, including but not limited to their Compliance and Risk leaders, General Counsel, Communications and Public Relations teams, Human Resources, Security and Cyber teams, and other key stakeholders during crisis situations.
Your Key Responsibilities
For Senior:
Support the delivery of crisis management, resilience, and preparedness engagements for clients across a range of industries.
Assist in the development of crisis management frameworks, governance structures, escalation protocols, response plans, and playbooks.
Support the planning and facilitation of crisis simulations, tabletop exercises, and executive workshops.
Assist clients during live crisis situations by supporting issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, and response activities.
Develop situation reports, executive briefings, action trackers, meeting materials, and other crisis management deliverables.
Conduct research, benchmarking, and assessments to identify opportunities to strengthen crisis response and organizational resilience capabilities.
Support post-incident reviews and lessons learned exercises following crisis events.
Work closely with client stakeholders including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, Communications, Security, and Cyber Security functions.
Manage workstreams and support project delivery to ensure engagements are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.
Contribute to business development initiatives, proposal preparation, thought leadership, and practice development activities.
For Manager:
Lead crisis management, resilience, and preparedness engagements for clients across a range of industries.
Design and implement crisis management frameworks, governance structures, escalation protocols, response plans, and playbooks.
Facilitate crisis simulations and executive workshops for clients to test their crisis readiness and decision-making capabilities.
Support clients during live crisis situations through managing the EY engagement team to identify issues, evaluate response options, and coordinate stakeholders.
Develop executive briefings, situation reports, action trackers, and decision-support materials for senior management and crisis leadership teams.
Conduct post-incident reviews and lessons learned assessments, identifying opportunities to strengthen organizational resilience and crisis response capabilities.
Work closely with client stakeholders including executive leadership teams, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, Communications, Security, and Cyber Security functions during crisis preparedness and response activities.
Manage project delivery, budgets, timelines, and engagement teams to ensure high quality outcomes.
Support proposal development, business development activities, thought leadership and growth of the Crisis Management practice.
Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to capability development within the team on crisis management capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present executive-level materials internally within EY and externally to our clients.
Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
To qualify for the role you must have
For Senior:
Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in crisis management, resilience, business continuity, financial or integrity related investigations, risk advisory, regulatory response, corporate security, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting client engagements and delivering project workstreams.
Experience developing policies, procedures, response plans, playbooks, or related documentation.
Experience supporting workshops, simulations, training sessions, or stakeholder engagement activities.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, PMP, or equivalent and working knowledge of business continuity frameworks such as ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management Systems) would be advantageous.
For Manager:
Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in crisis management, resilience, business continuity, financial or integrity related investigations, risk advisory, regulatory response, corporate security, or related disciplines.
Experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.
Experience developing crisis response plans, playbooks, governance frameworks, or resilience programs.
Experience facilitating workshops, simulations, or executive exercises.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, MBCI, PMP or equivalent and working knowledge of business continuity frameworks such as ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management Systems) would be advantageous.
