The opportunity
We are looking for a multimedia professional to join the Greater China Multimedia Production team in as our Beijing-based production resource. This role is ideal for a creative and motivated professional with a media production background who is eager to manage day-to-day shoots independently, enhance their storytelling capabilities and collaborate across the region to deliver impactful communications that support EY’s business priorities and brand.
Your key responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end delivery of multimedia projects for internal and external communications, applying strong storytelling principles to create compelling and engaging content.
• Edit and prepare video assets, including basic post-production tasks such as subtitling, audio enhancement, motion graphics and file optimization.
• Provide on-site production and technical support for events in Beijing, ranging from internal town halls to hybrid broadcasts, including camera operation, basic audiovisual setup and live troubleshooting.
• Manage local production activities while working closely with the broader Greater China Multimedia Production team, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines and EY brand standards.
• Leverage approved Generative AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Maintain organized project documentation, media assets and production templates to support efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.

What you need to qualify
• 2–4 years of experience in multimedia production, broadcasting or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in video production, including shooting, editing and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, with a working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple locations and teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and creative tools, and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies responsibly.
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin, along with good working proficiency in English.
