Technical Skills Requirements
· In-depth knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with specialization in one or more of the following:
o Demand Planning
o Supply Planning
o Detail Scheduling
o Inventory Planning & Optimization
o Supply Chain Planning System Implementation (SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, o9, etc.)
· Proven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following priority industry sectors:
High-Tech
Consumer Goods & Retail
Advanced Manufacturing
Requirements
· Recognized university Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years' working experience, preferably with 3+ years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy organization.
· Demonstrate at least one supply chain planning core domain knowledge/experience, including but not limited to demand sensing, demand shaping, demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, inventory planning & optimization;
· Good knowledge of key Supply Chain & Operations Planning platforms (i.e. SAP IBP/APO, JDA, OMP, o9, etc.)
· Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients' needs;
· Proven capabilities in managing mid-scale business transformation projects and programs;
· Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise;
· Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members;
· Excellent command of written and spoken English;
· Travel within the Asia Pacific region is required.
