What you’ll do:
Monitors quality progress and performance and makes corrections as needed. Functions as quality assurance on new product development, mass product quality improvement .
Drive product quality improvement
Monitor the tracking of field problems & complaints to push the improvement
Controls MFG quality performance and analyze MFG issues
Warranty and CONC analyze and improve
Monitor related NPD product development
Serves as Customer representative to ensure that customer requirements are addressed"
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of relevant work experience
ISO & industrial standard, QC tools, electric knowledge
Test Plan, Target setting, Performance review, Good communication
