What you’ll do:
• Lead the end-to-end Technical Program lifecycle of cooling solutions, bridging technical design, factory operations, and external partner management with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset to effectively lead and influence the local team, while providing technical expertise to support and elevate strategic suppliers.
• Lead full-lifecycle execution from NPI to MP, manage master schedules, control critical paths, and lead phase-gate reviews.
• Conduct technical reviews to align product design with factory/supplier mass-production capabilities.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact working directly with both customers and suppliers; align engineering specs, manage ECOs, and build strong professional relationships.
• Actively support suppliers by providing technical guidance, auditing their readiness, and resolving engineering bottlenecks at vendor sites to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Drive factory and supply base continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce cycle times and optimize manufacturing yields.
• Coordinate, align, and influence the local cross-functional team (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Production) to resolve project blockers without formal authority.
• Deploy strong problem-solving skills to lead structured root-cause investigations for complex issues during factory or supplier integration.
• Deliver concise, data-driven program updates and dashboards to senior leadership, customers, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above with a solid Mechanical Engineering background (Thermal/Fluid Engineering, Mechatronics, and related majors).
• Over 10+ years of Technical PM experience in high-precision manufacturing. Background in liquid cooling solutions is highly preferred.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (highly desirable) or Green Belt with a proven track record of driving shop-floor improvement initiatives.
• Strong sense of ownership, results-driven mindset, and exceptional hands-on problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; highly comfortable navigating high-pressure customer environments and supporting supplier technical teams.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
