What you’ll do:
• Responsible for developing thermal product testing processes, designing and fabricating testing fixtures and jigs, validating testing systems, and managing testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of thermal products. / 负责散热产品测试工艺的开发、测试工装治具的设计与制作、测试系统的验证以及测试工艺的管理,确保散热产品测试质量和可靠性。
• Responsible for developing thermal product testing processes, including designing and fabricating testing fixtures and jigs. / 负责散热产品测试工艺的开发，包括测试工装治具的设计与制作。
• Design and validate testing systems to meet customer project requirements, assemble test stations, install testing systems, and debug hardware and software. / 设计并验证测试系统，满足客户项目需求，完成测试机台组装、测试系统安装及硬件和软件调试。
• Execute tests in accordance with specifications or test protocols, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and reliability. / 根据规格书或测试规范要求执行测试，确保测试结果的合规性和准确性。
• Identify testing risks through PFMEA and continuously improve testing processes, standards, and procedures. / 通过PFMEA识别测试风险，持续改进测试工艺、标准和流程。
• Analyze test data to identify potential manufacturing issues and implement improvements and preventive measures. / 分析测试数据，发现制造过程中的潜在问题，并实施改进和预防措施。
• Perform root cause analysis for test failures and implement corrective actions to improve product pass rates. / 对测试不良品进行根本原因分析，落实改善措施，提高产品测试合格率。
• Apply Industrial Engineering (IE) methods and tools to execute lean improvement projects, optimize testing processes, and eliminate waste to enhance production efficiency. / 运用工业工程（IE）方法和工具，实施精益改善项目，优化测试工艺，消除浪费，提高生产效率。
• Manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for all testing equipment. / 负责测试设备的全面生产维护（TPM）。

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field. / 本科及以上学历，计算机、电气工程、工业自动化或相关专业。
• Familiarity with leak detection, thermal performance testing, and functional testing fixtures and systems for thermal industry products. / 熟悉散热行业产品的泄漏检测、热性能测试及功能测试工装和测试系统。
• Proficiency in using SOLIDWORKS or PRO/E for designing thermal product performance testing fixtures and jigs, with the ability to independently design semi-automatic and automatic testing fixtures for complex thermal products. / 熟练使用SOLIDWORKS或PRO/E设计散热产品性能测试工装和治具，能独立设计复杂的半自动或自动化测试工装。
• Experience in writing test programs and developing software UI interfaces using LabVIEW is preferred. Familiarity with PLC programming or upper computer systems is a plus. / 能使用LabVIEW编写测试程序及开发软件用户界面者优先。熟悉PLC编程或上位机系统者优先。
