What you’ll do:
Independently complete the mechanical design of complex cooling products (liquid cooling, air cooling, and other cooling methods). And work with product engineers/ process engineers and suppliers to provide manufacturing design and process flow for samples and production. Product Verification also key activity involve.独立高效的完成散热相关产品的结构设计，包括设计验证。保证产品的机构功能，结构强度，尺寸公差能够满足客户应用要求，生产工艺加工要求。
1. Complete mechanical design according to customer requirements and by considering DFMEA/DFM/GD&T.根据客人的要求并结合DFMEA/DFM/GD&T分析，完成产品的结构设计，输出3D/2D图纸；
2. Communicate with customers, PRDE/PIE during the design/development stage.需要对外（客人/供应商）和对内（产品工程部门，工艺工程部门）保持良好的互动和沟通；
3. Assist in the development and verification of samples. Leading or assisting the failure of product heat or mechanical failure.主导样品验证及失效分析；
4. Actively solve the problems existing in the work and can assist and guide the projects of other engineers.主动对工作流程，工作方法进行改善并能够对部门的ME提供指导。
Qualifications:
1. Mechanical major, bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience.
机械设计相关专业，本科以上，5年以上相关工作经验；
2. Proficient in mechanical design software SolidWorks/Pro-E, AutoCAD. Proficient in FEA ANSYS structural analysis is preferred.
熟练使用Solidworks或Pro-E，AutoCAD进行结构设计,同时能够使用Ansys进行FEA分析；
3. Deep understanding and rich experience in material selection and manufacturing process (welding/brazing/bonding/CNC/stamping, etc.). Learn about tolerances and DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
对常用的制造加工工艺有一定了解，包括冲压，CNC,注塑，焊接等；
4. Hope to have rich knowledge and experience in mechanical design of cooling products, practitioners in the field of server cooling are preferred.
有散热相关产品设计经验优先；
5. Good English reading and writing skills NOT Mandatory.
英文的基本要求能够读懂及制作英文产品规格书，能够使用英文作为工作语言优先；
6. Good learning and studying. Good teamwork and positive attitude.
