工作内容
As member of the Simcere Group Business Development Leadership Team, formulate, in partnership with the Simcere Executive Leadership, the business and corporate strategies and plans required for a strong pipeline and its sustainable growth.
Work closely with the decision makers to define strategic wants and execute on business development and partnerships strategies .
Identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for group; Lead and execute on business development and partnering strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including research, early and late-stage development, legal, and corporate finance; Collaboration with R&D organization to set and execute partnering and external innovation strategy through the search, evaluation, diligence and deal execution of potential external partnerships.
Provide strategic counsel on scientific and business issues, operational and administrative issues, and department personnel.
Enhance the international recognition of Simcere; Represent and promote Simcere's branding.
任职条件
8 years of work experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry, rich experiences in science domain, pre-clinical or clinical development experience is highly preferred .
Advanced degree Ph.D. in life sciences, biological engineering, chemistry or clinical medical equivalent.
Extensive network covering both industrial contacts as well as scientific, clinical KOLs .
Ability to influence and effectively work with parties that have different perspectives priorities .
Strong leadership, team worker with excellent executive presence; results oriented and a creative problem solver.
Deep understanding of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry and cross-border cultures .
