You are responsible for:
Global Tender preparation, including Pricing (all modes of transport) and Technical Proposals (e.g. Execution Plans, Answering RFIs)
Global Stakeholder Management
Coordination with other technical departments, e.g. HSE, Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Chartering
Close cooperation with responsible sea and air freight departments and Trade Managers to ensure competitive offers
Responsible for obtaining rates from shipping and air lines, as and when required, or any other alternative sources, e.g. barge transport, Heavy Lift transport
Providing support within Global Bid Team with other commercial or technical requirement
What you can offer:
Knowledge and experience of tender preparation and submission to Energy and EPC customers essential
Good commercial knowledge of all modes of transport
Strong analytical skills
Solid PC operational knowledge along with MS Office applications experience, particularly Excel
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
