Position Description
Ensure consistent implementation of Covestro HR directives, policies and programs within the organization responsible to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.
Execute local Talent Management initiatives to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees; support TM preparation, follow-up and facilitate Talent Identification Sessions.
Translate business requirements into relevant HR actions through active engagement with business leaders.
Counsel and support business managers on individual HR issues.
Manage employee relations and labor law/litigation matters within the responsible teams, in collaboration with relevant HR functions.
Support organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, divestments) by providing effective HR solutions to the business leaders.
Collaborate with HR Experts to contribute to employer branding and strengthen Covestro's position as employer of choice.
Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for steering people topics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Law or equivalent.
5 years of experience across core HR functions, with specific HR BP experience.
Solid knowledge of labor law and local employment conditions.
Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
Business acumen with ability to take a clear stand with management.
Proficiency in HR digital tools (Workday, Excel); HR analytics capability is an advantage.
Command of written and spoken English
