YOUR ROLE

This position will closely work with subcontractor for production and NPI control to achieve Just-In-Time deliveries to our customers, mainly focusing on the execution to:

Manage products loading including optimization, manual start

Manage products starts and output within the committed cycle time

Manage NPI execution to support the projects moving to mass production per timeline

Manage operation KPI to drive OSAT for improvement

Coordinate the stakeholders on logistic support

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s degree or above

Proficient in planning (knowledge about assy, test manufacturing flow is preferred)

Strong data Analysis & Reporting with experienced in MS software

Strong problem solving abilities

Good communication skills in both verbal and written English

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Proactive attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
