工作内容
1) Financial Analysis & Business support
• Conduct end-to-end financial analysis, including business performance review, campaign profitability evaluation, investment return assessment, and cost structure analysis.
• Continuously track core business and financial KPIs, identify operational gaps with business leaders, and drive data-driven resource optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Integrate multi-source business and financial data, build analytical models and conduct scenario analysis to identify value-improvement opportunities and support sustainable business growth.
• Support iteration and digital optimization of financial analysis workflows and reporting to streamline operational processes and strengthen internal control capability.
2) Budget Management and Expense Governance
• Own annual budget planning and quarterly rolling forecast for the business unit, ensuring full alignment with company strategies and business priorities.
• Build standardized, business-centric budget management framework to ensure scientific resources allocation aligned with company financial targets and strategic focus.
• Manage full-cycle budget execution and regular reviews, analyze budget vs actual variances, diagnose root causes, proactively identify potential business and financial risks, refine expense compliance standards, optimize inefficient spend, and guide teams to maintain compliant spending.
任职条件
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Analysis, or a related field with solid accounting and finance foundations. ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is preferred.
• 6+ years of financial analysis experience and business partnership, with solid financial governance awareness and standardized management mindset.
• Sharp business acumen with cross-domain thinking to identify value-improvement opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder influencing competency to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in data mining, quantitative analysis, and financial modelling.
• High self-motivated, proactive and result oriented.
