Job Description:
算法研发：设计开发适合于各种电商场景的创新推荐算法，提升用户体验和转化率
模型优化：不断迭代优化现有召回/粗排/精排/重排等模块的性能，提升模型的效率、准确性和可扩展性
业务集成：了解业务目标并设计设计算法实现
创新趋势：跟踪推荐系统和相关技术的最新趋势，探索整合sota方法的机会，能将大语言模型（LLM）、多模态、模型scaling、生成式推荐等前沿方向的技术根据shopee电商场景特点在电商场景落地
Research and Develop Algorithms: Design, research, and develop innovative recommendation algorithms that cater to various e-commerce scenarios, driving better user engagement and conversion rates
Model Optimization: Continuously iterate and optimize the performance of existing recall/rough rank/rank/rerank models, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and scalability
Data Analysis: Deeply analyze user behavior data to gain insights into user preferences and patterns, and enhance the effectiveness of the models
Business and Algorithm Integration: Understand the business objectives and design algorithms to achieve the goal
Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends in recommender systems and relevant techniques, and explore opportunities to incorporate sota approaches
Requirements:
计算机或相关专业本科以上学历
2年以上搜广推算法工作经验
优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux操作系统，精通c++/Python
机器学习理论基础扎实，熟悉常用的推荐算法模型，熟练使用TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet/PyTorch等深度学习框架；紧跟时代趋势，熟悉前沿推荐模型scaling做法。
自驱力强，有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决挑战性问题充满激情，对推荐算法和大模型技术有浓厚兴趣
良好的沟通和团队合作能力
有电商经验者优先
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the related field
2+ years of work experience in recommendation/search/ads algorithm
Excellent coding abilities, familiar with Linux, proficient in C++/Python
Solid foundation in machine learning theory and familiar with common recommendation models, proficient in using deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet/PyTorch
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, fast learner and highly organised
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in the e-commerce domain is preferred
