Job Description
Manage Plant KPIs for both Operation, Procurement and Quality. Manage expenses, CAPEX, transformation and cost saving programs with control, analysis and reporting on yearly, monthly, and 3-years basis.
Perform cost accounting, product costing, project costing and provide accurate timely report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Analyze Plant manufacturing cost variance, labor productivity and freight cost.
Conduct China sales to intercompany transfer pricing process.
Conduct inventory management on cycle count, annual count, Scrap, E&O, forecasting.
Participate in internal and external audits.Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/management or related field.
Above 3 years’ accounting experience in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years with costing accounting experience.
Knowledge of purchase/warehouse/production processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of accounting processes.
Strong attention to detail.
