岗位职责
1. Be responsible for category(steel structure parts)/purchasing strategy draft and execution & optimization；负责钢结构件品类采购策略的制定、落地及优化；
2. Be responsible for oversea supplier development and supplier management；负责海外供应商开发以及供应商管理；
3. Work with cross functional team to drive continuously cost reduciton and capacity expanding；协同跨职能团队，持续推动海外降本以及产能扩充；
4. Lead new supplier introduction per company process in an efficient way; Develop and optimize supplier base; 按公司流程高效主导新供应商引入；拓展并优化供应商资源池；
5. Reduce TCO on the premise of quality assurance, lead the formulation and implementation of cost control objectives and plans; 在保障质量的前提下主导降本，成本管控目标与计划的制定及落地；
6. Lead the purchase negotiation and contract signing; 主导采购商务谈判以及合同签订工作；
7. Establish and improve strategic procurement management system and process; 建立并完善战略采购管理制度与流程。
任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above；本科及以上学历；
2. More than 10 years of supplier development and category purchasing management experience, with rich experience in strategic material purchasing; 10 年以上供应商开发、品类采购管理经验，具备丰富的战略物料采购经验；
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills and problem solving thinking, logical and clear with strong data integration and report writing skills；优秀的沟通协作能力与问题解决思路，逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据整合及报告撰写能力；
4. Familiar with office software, has strong ability to do data analysis and presentation；熟练使用办公软件，较强的数据分析与汇报展示能力；
5. Good command of English, can be used as a working language；英语流利，可作为工作语言；
6. Overseas sourcing experience is preferred；有海外寻源经验优先；
7. Travel to Overseas for local sourcing；可接受海外出差开展本地寻源工作。
