What you’ll achieve
As a Global Supply Management, you will be responsible for global supply planning for Traditional Server and AI Server. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals. Engages activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Develops and maintains working relationships with global internal/external supply chain partners.
You will:
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability at product launch; Work directly with suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components and works closely with regional buyers to regulate supplier mix of total available market (TAM).
Coordinates global supply with regional procurement and balances available supply globally against regional requirements.
Performs long-range capacity report for their commodity.
Coordinates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or Operations Review process and manages component transitions globally to minimize excess and obsolete inventory (E&O).
Works with functional managers to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement and works with regional demand team to validate the global demand and recommend demand shipping if required.

Essential Requirements
Graduate between 2026.10 and 2027.6
Experience with Excel VBA/Python and Power BI skills
Keen interest in supply chain management, negotiation and supplier evaluation skills
Keen interest to learn global supply chain, manufacturing footprint and logistics capabilities
Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and enthusiasm for applying AI tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) to optimize supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with program and project management skills
Supply chain management/ capacity planning/ supplier management/ materials requirement planning data skills and ability to execute demand supply resolution issues
Experience with or exposure to AI-powered supply chain tools, large language models (LLMs), or automation frameworks (e.g., using AI for supplier risk assessment, demand sensing, or capacity planning optimization).
