APP Operations Assistant - Wealth Management

工作内容
1. Assist leadership in the operations, promotion, and daily management of the company’s internet platforms, including coordinating backend permissions, column adjustments, and permission configuration.
2. Analyze and organize user behavior data across various platforms to provide data-driven insights and support for business decision-making.
3. Assist in planning and executing operational promotion activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and deliver analysis reports and summaries.
4. Collaborate with the IT department to optimize product interfaces and enhance overall user experience.

任职条件
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in internet platform operations.
2. Solid understanding of internet platform operations, business models, and promotion strategies.
3. Familiarity with securities/finance-related APPs and PC platforms is a strong advantage.
4. Strong planning and creative thinking skills, with excellent data analysis capabilities.
