(Senior/Deputy) Digital Banking Manager (Development)

Responsibilities

Plan and execute mobile banking/internet banking projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Develop project timelines, set key objectives, formulate contingency strategies, and ensure smooth project progression.

Maintain effective communication with all teams within the Digital Platform Center and relevant departments, clearly explain project details to stakeholders, exchange feedback, and foster collaborative relationships.

Monitor project progress, regularly report updates to supervisors and management.

Follow up on implemented projects, provide improvement recommendations for optimization.

Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance teamwork and professional development.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative suggestions for projects

Requirements

Degree holder

6 years’ experience in digital platform development or project management, including 3 years’ hands-on experience in internet and mobile banking development and operation

Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently

Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice

Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English and Putonghua

Excellent inter-personal skill

A good team player with creative mind

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital Banking Manager or Deputy Digital Banking Manager
