Assistant / Deputy Manager - Network & Cooperation East West

Hong Kong Office
Accountabilities
To explore network growth opportunity through examining demand outlook and the identification of potential consortium partnership & other possible external collaboration
To review and optimize network efficiency & vessel deployment strategy in conjunction with trade requirement
To liaise and negotiate with other shipping lines on the service/corridors required alliance or consortium partnership & joint collaboration in the form of slot charter or exchange or joint services
To resolve Trade, Operation, Legal or Fleet Management’s concerns from network perspective
To conduct market research and analysis projects to assist the strategic planning
To monitor cost and risk exposure
To perform other ad hoc task and project as assigned
Requirements
University graduate in Shipping, Logistics Management or Business Administration related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, problem-solving, detail-oriented and good team player
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is a must
Proficient in PC skills and MS Office. Strong Excel and Presentation skills are essential
