What you’ll do:
Leads the development and execution of quality strategies across manufacturing, new projects, and suppliers to ensure robust quality systems, effective risk management, and sustained improvement in customer satisfaction and business results.
" A. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality strategies for production operations and new projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic direction.
B. Establish, maintain, and oversee the quality management system; conduct internal audits as well as process and product evaluations to ensure compliance with Eaton, customer, and applicable industry requirements, and to verify system effectiveness.
C. Drive the integration of quality principles, methodologies, and tools into new product and process development, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth transition to mass production.
D. Monitor and analyze key quality performance indicators, including CONC, DPPM, COPQ, and customer complaints; regularly review results and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
E. Continuously identify and improve quality gaps in manufacturing operations and new product development, ensuring issues are effectively resolved and recurrence is prevented.
F. Establish and implement a supplier quality management system, defining supplier quality standards and processes, and participating in supplier selection, qualification, and capability assessment.
G. Drive supplier early quality planning activities during new projects to ensure critical quality deliverables (such as PPAP) are completed as required and remain under control.
H. Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance, lead improvement activities for underperforming suppliers, and collaborate with Purchasin and cross‑functional teams to resolve supply chain quality issues."
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree
5+ years’ experience in the Automotive Industry including at least 5+ years in a Quality Management position.
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Systems, preferably IATF16949
Ability to communicate with all levels
Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
