生化分析研究员-高级研究员

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute experiments focusing on ELISA and qPCR, such as residual enzyme, residual HCP, residual protein A and residual DNA;

2. Analyze experimental data independently with high quality, efficiency and productivity with compliance;

3. Communicate with supervisor and collaborate with coworkers in developing biochemical methods, data analysis, and troubleshooting;

4. Communicate with external and internal client on method design, data interpretation and troubleshooting;

5. Play active roles in documents writing and review (e.g. SOPs, transfer reports, and assay development/assessment reports);

6. Highly motivated to establishment or optimization of new technology platform(s);

7. Act as tech leader to represent the department in CMC projects team and cross function team.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. or Experienced Master in pharmaceutical, biology, immunology or a related field;

2. Basic knowledge and hands-on experiences with ELISA, immunoassay, enzyme activity and qPCR;

3. Strong capabilities in experimental design and execution;

4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, as well ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally;

5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
