合肥研发EHS负责人

岗位职责:

1.负责合肥研发整体EHS工作，保持与XDC整体EHS做法和核心理念和做法的一致性，并在此基础上进行优化提升；Responsible for overall EHS affairs of Hefei R&D, align with XDC practices and core mindset, optimize the work stream furtherly.

2.完善EHS风险隐患评估方法论，建立风险隐患确台账并进行跟踪，确保事故及合规等各类风险持续可控。牵头完善产品研发阶段的工艺安全方法论并能够有效识别和管控产品研发及放大过程的工艺安全风险。

Improve the risk and nearmiss methodology, establish the list for tracking to ensure risks for incident and compliance in control. Lead to improve the process safety methodology, effectively identify and control the risk from the R&D to scale-up in lab stage.

3.负责推进EHS三同时工作及日常合规报备，支持项目改造并引入EHS最佳实践；

To provide new project EHS support inc. governmental required permits (EIA, Safety and OH related assessment reports) application and project EHS related work.

4.与内外部利益相关方建立良好的沟通关系（包括监管部门、客户、内部合作伙伴）, 及时应对各类监管与合作事项，积极跟进相关提升工作，为业务发展争取有利政策和空间；

Maintain smooth relationship with internal and external stakeholders (including GA, client, internal partner), timely follow the supervision, cooperation and improvements to support business.

5.负责场地虫害控制工作。对接物业，与行政和运营共同制定安保/门禁/监控等管理策略，负责公共区域的安保管理工作，并监督各个区域安保措施的实施,支持安保事件管理；

Response for pest control of overall site based on risk analysis. Coordinate with industrial park side, align with admin and ops on security, access control and CCTV strategies; oversee public area security, monitor departmental measure implementation and support security incidents investigation.

6.结合实际业务需求和实际状况，落实事故和应急管理，完善EHS体系建设，提升EHS意识和文化。

According to business need and reality, implement incidents investigation, emergency system management, improve EHS system and EHS culture.

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历（条件优秀者可放宽至大专学历），安全工程/化学工程/环境工程相关专业均可，其他理工类专业视工作经验确定；

Bachelor's degree or above (for exceptional candidates, the requirement can be relaxed to a college degree), majoring in safety engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or other related fields. For other science and engineering majors, the specific requirements will be determined based on work experience.

2、五年以上EHS管理经验，具有小分子原料药和化学品制造行业经验；熟悉化学合成过程的工艺安全风险识别与管控，掌握小分子药品研发阶段的反应安全风险控制措施；

5 years working experience, API/chemical manufacturing experience is mandatory; Proficient in chemical synthesis process safety hazard identification & control, and small-molecule drug R&D phase reaction safety risk mitigation.

3、具有较好的计划和执行能力，分析决策和妥善处理应急事件的能力；

Good abilities for planning and execution, analysis and decision, properly deal with emergency events.

4、良好的沟通和协调技能；

Good reading &writing skill, basic oral skill.

5、较好的英语读写技能，口语能够基本沟通；

Good reading &writing skill, basic spoken English skill.

6、国家注册安全工程，其他资格证书尤佳。

National certified safety engineer, more qualification is preferred
