We sincerely look forward to enthusiasticdigitalization specialist candidates willing to lead innovative solutionsacross scalable, cloud-native, and user-centric systems in ADC or bioconjugateanalysis.岗位职责1. 负责Hamilton/Tecan液体工作站等实验室自动化系统的开发与维护。2. 设计并实施实验室数字化解决方案，提升实验效率。3. 开发自动化脚本和程序接口，实现设备间数据互通。4. 为科研团队提供自动化技术支持，降低年故障率。5.跨团队协作：与内部/外部团队沟通，统一数字化工作流程和策略。6.持续学习与团队参与：积极参与团队工作，乐于学习并帮助他人。评估新兴后端、前端及数据/机器学习技术，推动创新，提升系统性能、可维护性和成本收益。7.合规：严格遵守公司合规及监管要求。确保实验室数据安全。Responsibilities1. Responsible for thedevelopment and maintenance of laboratory automation systems such asHamilton/Tecan liquid handling workstations. 2. Design and implementlaboratory digital solutions to improve experimental efficiency. 3. Develop automation scripts andprogram interfaces to enable data interoperability between devices. 4. Provide automation technicalsupport to research teams to reduce annual failure rates.5. Cross-team collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to align digital workflowsand strategies. 6. Continuous learning and teamengagement: Actively participate in team activities, eager to learn and assistothers. Evaluate emerging backend, frontend, and data/machine learningtechnologies to drive innovation, improve system performance, maintainability,and cost-effectiveness. 7. Compliance: Strictly adhere tocompany compliance and regulatory requirements. Ensure laboratory datasecurity. 任职资格1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、生物工程或相关专业，具备海外教育背景。2. 具备Hamilton/Tecan液体工作站应用开发经验者优先。3. 熟练掌握Python/C#等编程语言，能独立完成自动化脚本开发。4. 熟悉实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）和物联网（IoT）技术。5. 具备发现并修复代码中错误的能力。6. 具备优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队高效协作。7. 展现出强烈的责任心、适应能力和自我驱动力。8. 积极主动、可独立完成任务，具备优秀的问题解决能力和多任务处理能力，能够按时完成项目里程碑或deadline。9. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，至少能进行英文读写。Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above inAutomation, Bioengineering, or related fields, preferably with overseaseducational background. 2. Experience in applicationdevelopment for Hamilton/Tecan liquid handling workstations is a plus. 3. Proficient in programminglanguages such as Python and C#, capable of independently developing automationscripts. 4. Familiar with LaboratoryInformation Management Systems (LIMS) and Internet of Things (IoT)technologies. 5. Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code.6. Strong team player with excellent communication skills tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.7. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, andself-motivation.8. Proven track record as a proactive, independent researcher withadvanced problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities to meet projectmilestones or deadlines.9.
