To further advance the intelligence, automation, and digital transformation of ADC and bioconjugate analytics, we are specifically seeking candidates experienced in large language models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents and cloud‑native AI system development. The ideal candidate will be able to deeply integrate advanced AI technologies into analytical laboratory workflows and accelerate the implementation of digital transformation projects.岗位职责1.自动化与数字化系统开发·构建基于大语言模型（LLM）和 Agents 的 智能实验助手、自动分析助手、实验流程编排系统·设计和优化 cloud-native AI pipelines，提升系统功能、用户体验、可扩展性与性能2.数据治理与分析·负责业务数据治理、清洗、标准化和数据流设计·基于 Python & ML 库（如 PyTorch/TF、scikit-learn、transformers）开展模型开发·构建和部署 RAG、数据增强、知识图谱驱动的分析模型·用 LLM/Agents 构建智能化数据洞察、自动报告生成系统3.数字化需求分析与项目管理与分析科学部及其他部门协作，评估并定义数字化需求。作为项目经理，监督数字化解决方案的实施和迭代·与相关部门合作评估业务场景中的 AI 化需求·主导 LLM 应用的技术路线设计与项目实施（如智能 SOP、智能 QC、自动文档生成、自动审阅系统）·迭代 AI 产品（LLM Apps, Agents Apps）并确保可维护性与合规性4.跨团队协作与内部/外部团队沟通，统一数字化工作流程和策略。5.持续学习与团队参与积极参与团队工作，乐于学习并帮助他人。评估新兴后端、前端及数据/机器学习技术，推动创新，提升系统性能、可维护性和成本收益。6.合规严格遵守公司合规及监管要求。确保实验室数据安全。Responsibilities 1.Automation & Digitalization System Development· Build LLM- and AI Agents–based intelligent lab assistants, automated analysis assistants, and workflow orchestration systems.· Design and optimize cloud native‑ AI pipelines to enhance system functionality, user experience, scalability, and performance.2.Data Governance & Analytics· Responsible for business data governance, cleaning, standardization, and data flow design.· Develop models using Python and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch/TF, scikit-learn, transformers).· Build and deploy RAG systems, data-enhanced models, and knowledge‑ graph‑ driven analytical models.· Use LLMs/Agents to develop intelligent data insight systems and automated report‑generation tools.3.Digital Needs Analysis & Project ManagementCollaborate with the Analytical Sciences and other departments to assess and define digitalization needs. Act as project manager to oversee the implementation and iteration of digital solutions.· Evaluate AI-driven needs in business scenarios with relevant departments.· Lead technical design and project execution for LLM applications (e.g., intelligent SOPs, intelligent QC, automated document generation, automated review systems).· Iterate AI products (LLM Apps, Agent Apps) and ensure maintainability and compliance.4.Cross-Team CollaborationCommunicate with internal/external teams to align digital workflows and strategies.5.Continuous Learning & Team ParticipationBe an active team member with a willingness to learn and help others. Ensure laboratory data safety.任职资格1.计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士及以上学历者优先。2.精通 Python 熟练掌握常用 ML/AI 库(PyTorch、TensorFlow、scikit-learn、transformers) 有强化学习模型开发经验3.至少具备以下能力之一:·使用 LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、CrewAI 等开发 LLM 应用·构建 RAG 系统（向量数据库、LLM 微调、Prompt Engineering）·设计和部署 LLM-based Agents（工具调用、任务规划、工作流）·熟悉流行商业产品（OpenAI、Dify、Coze、阿里通义、百度文心、HuggingFace）4.具备至少一种主流Web框架（如Spring Boot、Django、Vue、React），开发Web应用的经验。5.精通关系型数据库及向量数据库 (Faiss, Milvus, PGVector)、SQL、ORM、ETL pipeline。6.具备发现并修复代码中错误的能力。7.具备优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队高效协作。8.展现出强烈的责任心、适应能力和自我驱动力。9.积极主动、可独立完成任务，具备优秀的问题解决能力和多任务处理能力，能够按时完成项目里程碑或deadline。10.具备良好的英语沟通能力，至少能进行英文读写。Qualifications1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.2.Proficient in Python, with solid experience using common ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn‑, transformers). Hands-on experience in reinforcement learning (RL) model development.3.
