岗位职责
1 Write, modify, and maintain SAS programs for the creation of ADS and TFLs in an efficient manner.
用有效的方式撰写、修改和维护SAS程序，生成分析数据集(ADS)、表格、图标、列表(TFLs)。
2 Perform program validation and quality control of ADS and TFLs produced by other programmer.
对其他程序员制作的分析数据集(ADS)、表格、图标、数据列表(TFLs)进行校对和质量控制。
3 Identify the programming issues and fill the issue and action tracking log where applicable.
识别编程问题，并在适用情况下填写问题及解决方案追踪记录表。
4 Update the programming quality control record with programming or QC details.
在编程质量控制记录里更新编程和质量控制(QC)细节。
5 Provide programming support for data management and data validation as needed.
根据需要为数据管理和数据校对提供编程协助。
6 Understand, execute and improve company SAS macros.
理解、运行、改善公司层面的SAS宏。
7 Check the SAS program/output and document the findings.
检查SAS程序和输出结果并做出书面记录。
8 Communicate the findings to the programmer and QC programmer, and ensure appropriate corrections are made.
与原始程序员和质量控制程序员对检查到的问题进行沟通，并确保完成相应的更正。
9 Produce the derived dataset specifications, programming specifications, and other process supporting documents.
制作分析数据集说明文档、程序说明文档、以及其它流程所需要的文档。
10 Learn internal and external SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
学习公司内部和外部的SOP、WPD、ICH-GCP、以及其它国内外的相关法规要求。
11 Ensure all statistical activities in accordance with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
确保所有统计工作都依照公司内部和外部的质量标准、SOP、WPD、ICH-GCP、并符合其它国内外相关法规的要求。
12 Improve technical skills including SAS programming, statistics and clinical trial through self-learning, coaching, internal training, external training, and on-job training, etc.
通过自学、辅导、内部培训、外部培训、以及在职培训等方式提高技术能力，包括SAS编程，统计分析，和临床试验的知识。
13 Develop effective team communication and team work.
发挥有效的团队沟通和团队合作的能力。
14 Proactively participate in process/quality improvement initiatives.
主动参与改进流程和质量的工作。
岗位要求
1. 流行病学、生物学、数学、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历(应届生可考虑);
2. 计算机技能：熟练使用PDF、WORD、EXCEL和PowerPoint.;
3. 熟练使用英语良好的沟通技巧，包括英文口头和书面沟通能力；
4. 熟练的SAS编程技能，熟练掌握临床试验统计学知识。
5. 良好的沟通能力。
