岗位职责
1. Performs laboratory work, strictly follow safety SOPs and regulations;
执行实验室工作，严格遵守安全SOP等相关规定；
2. Write protocol, method, technical report, and SOP as appropriate;
编写方案、方法、技术报告和 SOP；
3. Conduct analytical method development and validation;
进行分析方法开发和验证；
4. Performs daily base instrument calibration, maintenance and trouble-shooting;
进行日常基础仪器的校准、维护和故障排除；
5. Prepare project progress report to supporting the communication meeting with client;
准备项目进度报告，以支持与客户的沟通会议；
6. Complete change control, variance and lab investigation;
完成变更控制、差异和实验室调查；
7. Prepare data packages and documentation;
准备数据包和文档；
8. Train other staffs as necessary;
根据需要培训其他员工；
9. Complete assigned task on time;
按时完成分配的任务；
岗位要求
药学、化学、生物学或相关领域的学士学位，并具有至少两年的相关药学分析经验。
或药学、化学、生物学或相关领域的硕士学位，具有至少1年的相关药学分析经验。
