小分子生物分析-DMPK(J10344)

岗位职责
1. Complete the development and validation of non-GLP bioanalytical methods for small molecules independently.
1. 独立完成小分子non-GLP生物分析方法开发和验证工作；

2. Complete other scheduled pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic bioanalysis experiments.
2. 完成其他安排的药代和毒代动力学生物分析实验工作；

3. Complete the preparation or review of project protocols and reports in time.
3. 及时完成项目方案、报告的撰写或审阅工作；

4. Assist bioanalytical principal investigator to complete bioanalysis tasks, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the entire process from project initiation to final report writing.
4. 协助生物分析项目负责人完成项目中的生物分析相关工作，确保从项目开始到最终报告撰写的整个过程的质量和及时交付；

5. Complete the arranged laboratory operation support work.
5. 完成安排的实验室运营支持工作；

6. To communicate internally with multiple groups, e.g. SD, formulation, in-life etc. for study arrangement.
6. 根据项目安排，与多部门进行内部沟通协调，如项目组、制剂组、动物实验组等。

岗位要求
1. With B.S. or above in pharmaceutical, pharmacology, bioanalysis or others related fields.
1. 制药、药理、生物分析或其他相关领域本科以上学历；

2. Knowledge of basic principles of PK or TK.
2. 具有PK或TK基本知识；

3.Good communication skill.
3. 具有良好的沟通能力；

4. Fluent in written and oral English.
4. 熟练的英语读写及口语能力。
