岗位职责:
1. 药化策略与分子设计:主导靶点药化可行性评估及从Hit到PCC的发现与优化全流程,基于SAR、DMPK及安全性数据迭代分子结构,确定临床前候选化合物。 2. 项目全流程管理:制定研发计划与里程碑,统筹推进从立项到IND申报支持的全流程,负责合成路线规划、关键节点决策及风险管控。 3. 跨部门协同与资源管理:联动生物、DMPK、药理、CMC及专利等部门推动项目交付;内外部CRO的进度跟踪、数据审阅与质量把控。 4. 技术指导与团队建设:为组内成员提供实验设计、数据分析及问题解决的技术指导,组织技术分享与培训,营造开放高效的科研氛围,提升团队整体药化设计水平与凝聚力。 任职要求: 1. 学历专业:药物化学、有机化学或相关专业博士学历。 2. 工作经验:5年以上工业界新药研发经验,其中不少于3年作为药化项目负责人,有成功推进至PCC经验者优先。 3. 技术能力:精通药物化学设计原则,能综合平衡活性、选择性、成药性与可开发性。 4. 管理能力:具备优秀的跨学科沟通、资源协调、团队建设与人员培养能力。 5. 其他:英文听说读写流利,有海外教育/工作背景优先。
Job Title: Assistant Director, Medicinal Chemistry
Position Level: L40 Assistant Director, leading a team of 3–5 people
Job Responsibilities:
1. Medicinal Chemistry Strategy and Molecular Design: Lead target druggability assessment and the full discovery and optimization process from Hit to PCC; iterate molecular structures based on SAR, DMPK, and safety data to identify preclinical candidate compounds.
2. Full-Cycle Project Management: Develop research plans to ensure milestones delivery; coordinate and advance the full process from project initiation to IND filing support; responsible for synthetic route planning, key milestone decision-making, and risk management.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Resource Management: Collaborate with biology, DMPK, pharmacology, CMC, and intellectual property departments to drive project delivery; track progress, review data, and ensure quality control for internal and external CROs.
4. Technical Guidance and Team Building: Provide technical guidance to team members in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving; organize technical sharing and training; foster an open and efficient research atmosphere; and enhance the team's overall medicinal chemistry design capabilities and cohesion.
Qualifications:
1. Education and Major: PhD in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of industry experience in new drug R&D, including no less than 3 years as a medicinal chemistry project leader; experience successfully advancing a project to PCC is preferred.
3. Technical Capabilities: Proficient in medicinal chemistry design principles; able to comprehensively balance potency, selectivity, drug-likeness, and developability.
4. Management Capabilities: Excellent cross-disciplinary communication, resource coordination, team building, and personnel development skills.
5. Other: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; overseas education/work background preferred.
