He/She is responsible formultiple discovery projects, ensures alignment of discovery resources toachieve project or strategic program goals, seeks out and effectivelycoordinates multidisciplinary programs, may lead a multi-disciplinary projectteam and leads leaders.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a PhD in organicor medicinal chemistry or equivalent experience, managerial experience, and 15+Yrs postdoc/industry experience, withstrong history of accomplishment, high productivity, initiative andinnovation. Excellent communication andcritical thinking skills are required, as well as strong functional expertisein medicinal chemistry.
