岗位招聘请联系HR Emily： 15221408682Major responsibilities:- Lead biologic drug discovery efforts covering antibody generation, humanization, protein engineering, etc. - Evaluate drug targets and develop drug discovery and development hypothesis; - Evaluate & manage external biopharmaceutical drug projects for the interest of Hengrui R&D pipeline;- Identify CROs and appropriate technologies to execute the programs and deliver preclinical candidates;- Patent drafting and internal project report/summary writing.Qualifications:- PhD/MSc in biology/biochemistry/pharmacology is required; industrial or academic experience in drug discovery is preferred; - Strong protein engineering knowledge/experience are preferred.- Track record delivering biologic drug candidates into clinic are preferred.- The ability to conceive, design, develop, refine and adapt techniques to meet new research needs;- Strong communication and language skills (Chinese & English) are highly desired.
