Role Requirements
• Business-oriented and client-centric, with the ability to translate data into clear priorities, actions and business impact.
• Strong SQL, Power BI and data analysis skills, confidence working with complex datasets and evolving business definitions.
• Strong ownership, project management and stakeholder communication skills; fluent in English.
• Luxury, fashion, beauty or retail experience preferred; omnichannel client strategy, journey design or clienteling experience is a plus.
• Experience with CDP, marketing automation, AI or predictive modeling experience is a plus.
