MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Familiar with and able to absorb, filter and roll out worldwide VM guideline. Give clear instruction to VM Ambassador before each VM rotation
2. Being the 'Business partner': Capable on VM execution basing on individual store specification (sales trend / inventory / capacity / clientele)
3. Submit high standard VM report in an autonomus manner
4. Educate and coach in-store VM ambassadors through daily communication/ VM report / merchandising workshop / store visit to sustain high quality VM execution,
improve their fashion sense / planning of zoning / props usage / production knowledge etc.
5. Work closely with merchandising team to understand product strategy. Collaborate with VM counterparts to roll out workshop / share quailitative comment
6. Manage VM props order including regular replenishment. Organize VM related subjects for store opening.
7. Good interpersonal communicaiton skill. Ensure smooth communication especially with store manager, VM Ambassador, logistic department and appointed supplier.
8. Constant communication with store in charge and in-store VM ambassador to understand relevance business strategy base on store specificity
9. Detail orientated and sensitive on VM maintenance: including in-store display/ window display /products presentation (including tidiness like position of bag strap,
shoes lace, price tag, alignment of products...etc)
10. Clear props inventory datebase management to ensure effectivness and in line with budget.
11. Provide constructive feedback to VM Director / HQ base on local needs
12. Fast action on implementation upon instruction
STANDARD LEVEL OF COMPETENCIES：
1. Experience ：10 years or above of VM/ retail experience
2. Education：Bachelor degreed in fashion / design / art related discpline
3. Personality：Team player, opened minded, dynamic, observant
4. Skills：
-Good product display skills
-Good organization skills
-Good interpersonal communication skills
-Inter-mediate level of spoken and written English
-Able to manage MS office especially Powerpoint and excel
-Strong fashion sense and verbal/ written English communication skills is a plus
