(Assistant) Advanced Packaging Manager - DONA

MISSIONS:

1) Explore and create Innovative Packaging concepts in collaboration with R&I, Operations and Marketing teams to have new or better products for consumer, at cost, at scale and at speed.

2) Follow market trends constantly with internal stakeholders to focus on right innovation territories.

3) Frame innovation opportunities with partners, inspire and influence for right pathways.

4) Translate consumer insight to right technical concepts by leveraging right techno.

4) Master the Innovation process in terms of reporting, communication, alignment.

5) Define right evaluation process under quality system to have complete concept validation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field

Extensive knowledge in Packaging engineering &Development, 8+ years of proven experience, cosmetic field preferred

Proficient in English

Self-Motivated and good learning and communication ability

Frequent travel is needed in North Asia to have close contact with innovation partners.
