Key Responsibilities
Business Diagnostics
Continuously track and analyze market intelligence within targeted therapeutic areas
Generate internal and external monthly/quarterly data analysis reports
Periodically update strategic content in alignment with business cycles; Support the drafting of Business Plans
Support or manage market research projects to inform strategic decision-making
Operational Excellence
Coordinate and facilitate OBU Regular Business Reviews
Organize BU internal activities and cross-functional workshops
Govern key strategic projects to ensure smooth communication and effective execution
Lead and facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve complex issues and foster innovative problem-solving approaches
Opportunity Evaluation
Evaluate the potential of new indications and pipeline assets, including target patient populations, competitive landscape, and resource requirements
Formulate strategic options incorporating cross-functional inputs into robust analysis and business case modeling
Prepare high-quality presentation materials and executive briefings to secure support and alignment from relevant Global departments
Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s degree or above; consulting or trainee working experience
Strong logical and strategic thinking, with high data sensitivity
Excellent communication skills to coordinate internal and external teams
Excellent oral and written English & Mandarin
Solid skills in data analysis, Excel modeling, and PowerPoint
