岗位职责
1.ESD protection devices design(Diode/MOS/Resistor/BJT/SCR/ GCNMOS etc.);
2.Chip IO ESD protection devices, circuits and design development;
3.ESD/Latch-up design rules, guidlines maintain and optimize;
4.TLP/CDM/Latch-up etc. standard and test experience,EFA/PFA ESD analysis experience;
5.Co-work with design and layout engineers optimizing chip ESD capacity;
6.Chip ESD spice simulation and tape out checking.
岗位要求
1.Bacehlor's degree or above，major in Microelectronics or Physics are preferred;
2.More than half a year of experience in ESD design, semiconductor device experience, TCAD simulation or circuit design simulation, etc;
3.Familiar with basic layout and semiconductor technology, familiar with CDM and LTP measurement;
4.Serious/responsible/positive and optimistic attitude are preferred;
5.English proficiency: CET-4 or above;
6.Good stress resistance and teamwork spirit.
