岗位职责
【工作内容】
1、负责施工手册、概念册、方案册排版；
2、负责准备材料样板，贴板；
3、负责跟进效果图，效果图后期处理，建模型；
4、负责制作平面方案图纸、彩色平面绘制；辅助审核施工图；
5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
1.Design and format construction manuals, concept books, and scheme books for clear, visually appealing results.
2.Prepare material samples, mount them on boards, and present them neatly.
3.Oversee renderings, handle post-processing, and build models to accurately represent design ideas.
4.Create detailed floor plans and color-coded layouts; assist in reviewing shop drawings to ensure design consistency.
5.Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and efficiently.
岗位要求
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，大三、大四或研究生在读，室内设计、建筑设计、环艺设计等相关专业；
2、性格活泼开朗、为人善良，具备良好的团队协作意识；
3、熟悉ChatGPT、Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、3D、CAD、SU等软件的优先考虑；
4、抗压能力、沟通表达及理解能力较强，具有良好的组织协调能力；
5、可实习3个月以上优先，实习表现优秀者有机会留用。
1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
2.Outgoing and cheerful personality with a kind disposition and strong teamwork spirit.
3.Familiarity with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, 3D modeling (e.g., 3ds Max, Rhino), CAD, and SketchUp is a plus.
4.Strong ability to handle pressure, communicate effectively, and comprehend information, coupled with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
5.Preference will be given to candidates able to intern for 3+ months. High-performing interns may receive full-time offers.
