What you’ll do:
Maintain and optimize manufacturing process to meet product specification and customer requirement.
Implement Product Strategy from local manufactory side, maintain BOM, routing of product.
Support to run project, be responsible for process development and validation in NPD,STP,VAVE... projects."
Be responsible for prodcut failure analysis and continuous improvement to support quality and product cost reduction.
Be responsible for existing process, tools, fixtures maintain and continuous improvement.
Be responsible for Flow chart, PFMEA, WI,JSA, standardized work... documents creation and continuous updating when necessary
Be responsible for BOM & routing maintain, creating when there is new product introduced.
Be responsible for engineering change management.
Be responsible for process development and validation for new product introduction.
Be responsible to support VAVE, localization and dual source projects.
Be responsible for manufacturing process upgrade with I4.0, digital tools deployment.
Be responsible for quality problem solving with ECIS tools and error proofing solutions deployement
Other tasks assigned as required;
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above
3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience, low voltage product experrience is prefered
Good Mechanical/ElectricalTeam work
Communication effectively
