Job and Responsibility:
- Create/Edit and release of manufacturing instructions/standards
- Release/Ramp up new machines
- Introduce of new product to serial production
- Problem solving during ramp up phase and daily production
- Complete System CIP projects (to be an A3 expert)
- Improve production line accoridng to BPS principle
- Continues improvement for production KPIs, such as OEE, FPY, IDC
- Support IOEM projects(customer visit, capacity evaluation, production release, customer audit)
- VSM & VSD, buble diagrame creation and maintainance
- Cleanliness control in production line
- Introduce I4.0 project
Requirement
Master in mechanical or electrical engineering
