Job Description:
1. Abnormal issues/claims handling in manufacturing area with problem solving Method to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way and conduct basic training.
2. Preventive quality activities perform, eg:PFMEA line walk, control plan edit, Layer process confirmation.
3. Risk Management: Support the team to identify/calculate the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management.
4. Quality related Process Improvement: Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality.
5. Customer/Internal audit support for Quality related acitivites.
6. Support Project team regarding quality assurance & milestone plan to fullfil Quality&SOP time.
7. APQP: Support the team of performing different Quality gates and release of samples/PPAP.
8. Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures, and do effective LL internally.
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering backgound
2. Strong data analysis ability, programming skill(SQL. Python etc)
3. Good communication and English both in oral and written
