机械设计工程师（EM）

Responsibilities 工作职责：
-客户需求/设计输入：负责预研及开发客户及市场的需求，并以之作为设计输入 -Customer Requirements / Design Input： Responsible for pre-research and development of customer and market requirements, and using them as design inputs.
-详细设计：负责新产品的详细设计并在设计中应用质量工具 -Detail design：Responsible for making detail design and applying quality tools
-客户接口： 负责说服客户接受设计方案 -Customer interface： Responsible for convincing customer for engineering release
-同步开发：负责解释设计与其他相关部门实现并行开发 -Synchronic development： Responsible for explaining design and realizing simultaneous engineering for production process development
-设计问题解决：负责解决内部设计方面的技术问题 -Design problem solving：Responsible for solving internal technical problems regarding to design issue
-客户投诉解决：负责处理设计方面的客户投诉 -Customer complaint solution：Responsible for handling customer complaint regarding to design issueRequirements

任职要求：
-硕士及以上，工程类专业 -Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields
-机械设计/机械电子开发等。良好的英语读写和沟通能力，兼顾德语者优先 Good English reading, writing, and communication skills; proficiency in German is preferred.
-有车载电源、逆变器相关零件开发经验优先； -Candidate with experience in developing automotive INV and CCON components is preferred;
