Responsibilities 工作职责：
-支持客户需求分析，负责硬件需求分析和子模块需求分解；-Support customer requirement analysis, responsible for hardware requirement analysis and sub-module requirement decomposition;
-硬件系统架构设计，主功率拓扑选择，设计，分析和优化；-Hardware system architecture design, main power topology selection, design, analysis, and optimization;
-硬件模块电路WCA计算，设计分析和仿真评估；-Hardware module circuit WCA (Worst Case Analysis) calculation, design analysis, and simulation evaluation;
-电路原理图集成，与CAD工程师一起进行layout设计，电子物料受控与维护；-Circuit schematic integration, conduct layout design with CAD engineers, electronic component control and maintenance;
-项目硬件域批产受控（FMEA、特殊特性定义，供应商评审），支持物料管理以及样品生产等活动。-Project hardware domain mass production control (FMEA, special characteristics definition, supplier review), support material management and sample production activities.
-产线生产以及客户应用问题定位、原因分析和措施实施。-Production line and customer application problem localization, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.Requirements
任职要求：
-有车载电源(Flyback,Buck-Boost，移相全桥，PFC,LLC拓扑)开发经验或者逆变器开发经验者优先；-Experience in automotive power supply (Flyback, Buck-Boost, Phase-Shifted Full Bridge, PFC, LLC topology) development or INV development is preferred;
-熟练掌握电力电子知识，功率半导体器件应用，驱动和散热设计经验优先；-Proficiency in power electronics knowledge, experience in power semiconductor device application, driver, and thermal design is preferred;
-熟练掌握原理图和PCB Layout设计规则优先；-Proficiency in schematic and PCB Layout design rules is preferred;
-有模块设计(模拟、数字、功率电路)经验优先；-Experience in module design (analog, digital, power circuits) is preferred;
-有失效分析(EOS分析，产线支持)经验优先；-Experience in failure analysis (EOS analysis, production line support) is preferred;
