Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation and supplier management for assigned categories.
负责所分管品类的战略寻源、供应商选择、商务谈判及供应商管理。
Conduct cost analysis and market research, drive cost reduction and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
开展成本分析及市场调研，推动降本并优化总拥有成本（TCO）。
Support new projects as procurement representative, including supplier sourcing, quotation analysis and sourcing decisions.
作为采购代表支持新项目，负责供应商寻源、报价分析及定点决策。
Manage supplier performance and supply chain risks, and support contract management.
管理供应商绩效及供应链风险，并支持采购合同管理。
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance to ensure stable supply and drive continuous improvement.
与工程、质量、生产、计划、物流及财务等团队协作，确保稳定供应并推动持续改善。
Qualifications / 任职资格
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
供应链管理、工商管理、机械工程、汽车工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
3–5 years of procurement experience in the automotive industry. Outstanding Bosch interns are also welcome to apply.
3–5 年汽车行业采购相关工作经验；特别优秀的博世内部实习生亦可考虑。
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, negotiation and cost analysis.
熟悉战略采购、商务谈判及成本分析。
Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP is preferred.
熟悉 IATF 16949、APQP、PPAP 等汽车行业标准及工具者优先。
Strong communication, coordination and influencing skills; able to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.
具备良好的沟通、协调及影响力，能够适应跨职能、跨文化工作环境。
Proficient in SAP or other ERP/procurement systems. Fluent in English and Chinese.
熟练使用 SAP 或其他 ERP/采购系统，具备流利的中英文沟通能力。
