Logistics Operation in Cambridge, UK (Part-time)

Job Responsibilities

1. Document & Order Processing Review contracts, orders and outbound documents in a timely manner. Goods release without valid documents is prohibited. Process returns and exchanges following standard procedures, and close monthly scrap submission tasks. Be proficient in CRM and other systems to query orders and inventory, and respond to work communications promptly.

2. Shipping & Logistics Execution Book courier services in advance, complete shipping label printing, goods packing and handover with carriers. Track logistics status, update the group chat for pickup/delivery exceptions, and fill in waybill and signed return documents.

3. Inbound Goods Management Notify the team of arrival information once goods clear customs and enter the warehouse. Take photos and report immediately for damaged, short-shipped or batch abnormal goods. Be familiar with warehouse locations, storage temperature zones, distinguish product components, and conduct combined packing and shipment in compliance with requirements.

4. Stocktaking & Material Control Complete monthly inventory stocktake as required, report and follow up on inventory discrepancies immediately. Count warehouse tools and packaging consumables; raise purchase requests for material shortages, track delivery and handle relevant reimbursement work.

5. On-site Management & General Collaboration Maintain tidy warehouse space and neatly arranged goods, manage access control and door lock safety. Support goods circulation coordination under special scenarios, forward correspondence received at the warehouse, and deliver all assigned tasks on schedule.

Competency Expectations

1. Basic understanding of logistics workflows, familiar with inbound, outbound and inventory management processes.

2. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, capable of ensuring data accuracy and efficiently completing daily work.

3. Responsible mindset and proactive communication skills; able to collaborate with sales and local teams to deliver daily tasks.

4. Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
