Valuation and Modelling guides and advises clients on valuation methodologies and provide valuation advisory services relating to business interests. These include intellectual property, intangible assets, common and preferred stock and other securities, partnership interests, employee stock option plans (ESOPs), private debt instruments, options, warrants, and other derivative products relevant to our clients.
Work you’ll do:
• Assist to analyse financial, accounting and other fundamental information;
• Assist to gather insights from data sets using appropriate methodologies;
• Assist to execute valuation analyses for different purposes including but not limited to financial reporting, management planning and other regulatory compliance requirement;
• Assist to build complex financial models independently to facilitate client’s internal planning and transactional reference purposes, risk management procedures and so on;
• Assist to prepare presentations and proposals for both internal and external events, as well as potential engagement opportunities;
• Assist to build a understanding of how valuation add values to client's decision-making process including but not limited to that in financial reporting, compliance, risk management, M&A lifecycle to enhance delivery in own phase of expertise.
任职条件
• Undergraduate or above, major in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with quantitative aptitude preferred;
• Knowledge and experience in below aspects is a plus:
o financial instrument valuation; or
o risk control; or
o product control; or
o market risk; or
o quant; or
o real estate investment and appraisal; or
o programming on VBA, Python or MATLAB;
• Logical and critical thinking to solve problems and deliver solutions;
• Strong report writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to deliver high quality of work; and
• Willingness to learn and deal with new problems with curiosity and creativity.
Internship Period: December 2026 - March 2027; Full time
