You'll make an impact by
• Lead and manage the Logistics team, implementing logistics strategy, standards, and guidelines to ensure operational excellence and supply chain resilience
• Drive logistics operations across sales distribution, production planning, operative purchasing, and warehouse management to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to customer demand
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including delivery performance, inventory levels, and departmental budget to achieve strategic objectives
• Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and modernize logistics processes
• Implement and optimize internal operational processes, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity across the department
• Ensure full compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements and warehouse operational standards
Your defining qualities
• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 8+ years of working experience in supply chain management or logistics operations in manufacturing companies
• Proficiency with SAP system, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and related digital tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning and driving organizational transformation
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

Digitalization & IT systems: IT systems, data architecture & technological trends to leverage modern digital tools and automation in logistics operations
