Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Technical Support: Analyze customer requirements, prepare proposals/technical solutions and bid documents, deliver presentations and technical support during sales process, maintain product catalogs and technical materials.
Project Execution Support: Support projects from NTP to COD, liaise with stakeholders (owners, design institutes, suppliers), translate customer requirements to R&D/engineering, draft and review technical agreements.
Internal Collaboration: Provide technical support and risk assessment to the sales team, deliver technical training to teams and customers, contribute to product requirement definition and R&D project reviews.
Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems/Electronics/Energy or related field + minimum 3 years' experience in BESS, renewable energy, or power systems.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ESS architecture – lithium batteries, BMS, PCS, EMS; experience in storage project integration preferred; familiarity with international standards (IEC, UL, IEEE, Grid Codes).
Language & Tools: Advanced English (technical writing), Office and AutoCAD.
Personal Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, sales-oriented mindset with risk assessment ability, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, proactive with team spirit.
Preferred: Experience in international projects (Europe/North America/Middle East/Southeast Asia), familiarity with specific standards (UL 9540/9540A, IEC 62619, CE, NFPA 855), additional languages (Spanish/German/Arabic).
