The Experience
As an Associate of Technology Transformation Consulting, you will work in multi-disciplinary engagement teams to support the delivery of complex technology-enabled solutions to our clients. We will work together to provide end-to-end solution in the fields of: Customer Relationship Management system, Data and Analytics, Human Resources Management system, Financial Management System and ERP/EPM system, etc.
Your everyday experience may include :
Analyse business problems by conducting research and analysis under the guidance of senior consultants
Apply business insight to design enterprise applications or data and cloud analytics solutions e.g. Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, Dynamics 365, Workday, AWS, MS Azure, Outsystems etc.
Develop prototype and/or perform proof-of-concept to apply cutting edge technologies (e.g. HRIS, finance system, robotics, low-code platform etc.) to solve business problems
Helping clients rethink their Finance/Procurement/Supply chain functions as they leverage new Cloud technology such as AI in conjunction with their ERP/EPM platform
Helping clients reduce costs and cycle times while providing game-changing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and a modern planning and reporting application
Participate in agile development cycles, taking roles in storyboarding, coding, integration, testing, etc.
Liaise with offshore development teams to deliver programming or system implementation tasks
Support the team on operational and governance re-design for clients during digital transformation journey

Requirements
We are looking for a diverse range of graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from all disciplines (with a preference of Accounting and Finance, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Mathematics), who can demonstrate a combination of:
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving capabilities
Business acumen, knowledge of analytics and quantitative techniques
Good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds
Intellectual rigor, flexibility and agility
Self-motivation, influencing skills / leadership potential
Knowledge and experience in programming and/or data analytics will be an advantage
Being comfortable and proactive in clarifying requirements and challenging assumptions to ensure business needs are well understood, feasible, and correctly translated into technical solutions
Follows closely on technology trends and their business application/disruption
Fluency in English. Cantonese will be a plus
